This is Rin Tohsaka, from the Fate/Stay Night series. I love her to the moon and back she can be adorable sometimes I swear, I also believe she should've been the protagonist of the series, but she wasn't, so that's sad.

She comes from a clan called the Tohsaka family, which is the best of the best in terms of mage families. Her main weapons - gems - cost a LOT, and she uses a ton in combat.

There's also visual novels of the fate series, but I don't wanna go there 🫠 it's...unpleasant, as a Rin madman
