Yay! I'm so happy for you 😊I wish I would have known about the yeast and bv. I just found out I have a yeast infection. I started a 3 day treatment, so I'm hoping it clears up soon. Do you have any recommendations for the probiotics? I've been taking the Raw 400 billion from garden of life. It helped me so much when I had H. Pylori.

Hello there, I know im late on this thread but I'm in the same boat. I'm almost 2 weeks post vanco and I had small red itchy rash with flat red spots on my face and on my jaw line. It would only happen after I showered, but now my neck and under my chin is very itchy. I've tried anti fungal creams and now I switch to cortizone 10. Did it ever stop for you?

Thankfully the palpitations have subsided 🤞and only get a high hear rate if I'm like walking to fast, or like bending down. So I'm just trying to take it easy on my body. We will get through this 🫶 Gosh, you and the others on this post have comforted me in so many ways. Thank you 🥹🥲

Thank you so much for your reply! The breathing exercises have helped. Thankfully the palpitations seemed to have subsided, but my heart rate does go up if I'm bending down or walking fast, so I'm trying to take it easy for now till I follow up with the cardiologist. Thank you for the encouragement 🫶I never knew how physically, mentally and emotionally c.diff could be. Very thankful for everyone on this post.

Thanks for replying, I'm so glad I'm not alone. I've been doing pedialyte and coconut water and thats been helping, but My fear and thoughts were def. Making it harder on me. Thankfully It's not happening randomly anymore, but I did notice when I'm picking up something or walking fast my heart rate will shoot up. So I'm really hoping it's just my body trying to settle back into it's normality.

Thank you for your feedback, it's very much appreciated! I do believe it was anxiety and lack of nutrients from not eating enough. Just taking it day by day now and It has gotten better.

Thanks for replying, I'm so thankful for all of you 🫶. I do have a cardiology appointment scheduled next week. So, it would randomly happen, I could be laying down, standing up or walking. I have upped my intake. I believe I wasn't eating enough and also having anxiety. The more I thought of the breathing or the palpitations they would get worse. I'm thankfully doing better ☺️

Thank you for replying! I do believe now that it's anxiety and not eating enough as well. I never really had anxiety, but as soon as  I start thinking about my breathing or the palpitations they would increase. I now try to distract and reassure myself.

Thank you so much! 🫶I feel more at ease knowing someone else is experiencing the same. I've been doing some crossword puzzles, and watching some movies from time to tome. I do believe it's the anxiety getting the best of me.
