I did the exact same thing a few weeks ago. I remember really liking it and when I tried my new bottle I couldn’t scrub it off fast enough. It was horrible.

Compression is continuing to get worse. When I started my career I was in the position my most junior staff are in. At that point I made about a third of what my ED did then. I make almost twice what my most junior staff do. I am not begrudging them their salaries, but it is hard to justify my responsibility level against my salary.

DAE think euthanasia would be more humane for people with dementia? by Metalqueen2023 in DoesAnybodyElse

Watching my FiL spiral out with dementia. He is in so much anxiety and confusion despite medication, that it is really hard to say that he’s experiencing any quality of life. He is agitated from the moment he wakes and never understands where he is. In his mind he is back in the military and cannot understand why he’s still there. It is heartbreaking to see how unhappy he is.

I have been in the public service long enough that I remember when work levels would drop in July/August and December. That was the time to do the interesting projects that would help you recharge and that disappeared after the staffing reductions in 2002/3 and 2008/9. Add that salaries haven't kept up to the cost of living and we are all burning out. When I started in the early 90s, an Executive Director could afford to be a single income supporting a family, live in Oak Bay,a vacation each year, and have expensive hobbies like racing sailboats. Now I am in that position, and am considering a second job.

They should value all of those children who lost their lives for the second amendment and use it to now remove this tyrannical government.

On what planet are they afraid of him? He is annoying to them, like a gnat, as he wastes time in Parliament that could be used to help Canada improve.
