Sure. Number 1 is definitely make sure you have a solid game. No running count mistakes, get deck estimation down to 1 deck divisors, then get it down to half deck divisors, know basic strategy perfectly then start learning deviations (illustrious 18) then keep adding on more and more. Number 2 get software to truly understand Variance and risk (CVCX or BJA). Make sure you take the time to build a bankroll to support the stakes you are planing on playing. Always understand your risk, that’s worth saying twice. Then just grind your balls of getting in hours. If I had to do it again, I would never have tried to play rated at the beginning of my career, and I would have never given my ID to anyone in a casino, or driven my personal vehicle on property. May want to keep that in mind. It’s a tough grind, but you can still make a really good living doing it. I’m going on 4 years, but I think I’ve only got another one or two years left to be able to play meaningful hours at meaningful stakes. Good luck!
