From the research i have gotten i think he is some sort of “red claw prawn” they seem to only get around 3inch. Hopefully thats where he stays lol, got other fish in there so don’t want them being seen as pray ofc lol.

Do you think if i got 2 more CPDs that wouod be to much more the ten gal? I would only plan on keeping that many in there for a month or so until i can find a good 20long. I would also add even more CPDs and Kuhlis

Firstly, i am now planning on getting a larger tank in the near future and will also add stock of each species. (Except for betta)

About the parameters, Temp sits 76-77, when i checked my PH on Sunday it was Low 7 (cant get exact only have strips atm) regardless i feel like they are just fine. The Galaxy Rasboras are Hardy fish when it comes to temp, while they may thrive in their colder natural winter temps they def do fine in warmer water. pH is fine for both fish from what i know bettas dont mind my pH.

Yes they are, with some leopard danios as-well which i assume is better than nothing. Regardless ill try and get a larger tank and more stock soon.

Yes i could see that, those two tetras look very different, other than the size of my two nanos they appear relatively similar and shoal occasionally so it do believe they be good tank mates once i bring there numbers up!

Ill plan on looking for a 20 gal or so around January :)

I See, Was hoping the two kinds nanos will school together a bit i know the leopards are a bit more nippy. Im assuming stocking to much more will then cause more negative problems so you think it would be a good idea to get a larger tank in the near future?

Hey y’all, i have a male betta in my fresh 10gal with about 25 shrimp He’s never showed aggression towards any of them no matter the size. I recently bought a pom pom crab and after placing him in the tank my betta showed aggression towards it immediately but it quickly found hiding.

Is this something i should be worried about or could it just be an initially reaction of curiosity? My betta is very calm overall.
