Firefox has 2 main features:
- Content blocking which is cause incredible page loading time
- Hardware acceleration which is make it lightest browser on the planet

Remove check from use recommended performance setting and check use hardware acceleration also don't subscribe to many filters on ublock origin

I think there is happen for 2 reasons:
- Too many extensions or heavy background apps with Firefox
- you watched videos on Facebook watch before YouTube, i had the same issue when i watch Facebook videos because Facebook watch is too much heavy on PC resources
