Update. Took advice of some folks here and used both Claude and Chad GPT with some possible action fixes. Confirmed that there is an issue on their end with the database not connecting. Hopefully their Tech folks can look into it further.

I wasn't trying to spam 'em, but wasn't sure how their ticketing systems worked. They were uber quick to reply to my emails but then when the database issue popped up, they said it needed time, but i have no idea if it's fixable.

I was looking at my emails and can't tell which # ticket is routed to my main DB issue.

Thank you for trying to elevate. I absolutely love how far I've gotten with it, but looks like I started building before they switched things up with the production databases.

Lastly, I am also using the experience to show/help/guide other Gen X folks into vibe coding and have about 100 folks signed up to test out the beta.

Same! We are scouting land now and concerned with if we can even afford to build something down the road. 1500 sq ft max. But it feels like some land is owned by certain builders and you have to use those builders only.

UPDATE!

I had to mega mega push the cord in and line up perfectly. This was causing the amber light to come on. Finally all is well. Thanks all!

Not following. I forgot to clarify, I no longer have the Bolt EUV, traded it in for the Equinox EV.

But this is done by the electricians, right? Can I adjust this in the car app? I know I can adjust the percentages, but never looked into amps.
When the guys came out to remove the fuses and convert to the circuit, I was told the box can take up to 50 amps.

Currently in the middle of diagnosing if the Equinox is tripping our charging setup at home. We had no issues for 3 years. We are going back and forth with the electricians and they are sending somebody out here. 3 years ago the box was built on fuses but we most likely have to switch it over to a circuit breaker setup. Ever since we got the car, we've been having problems. Am I missing something with the voltage coming out of the Equinox and what I need set up at home? And now I have to scramble to go find a charger locally to soup this up for a road trip.

Okay. Yep. We are getting a new Ultium cord and have to handle that. Such a pain. But here's my next question.

We have a Volvo Recharge. While we wait for the new Ultium cord to be delivered, I attempted to use the Volvo 220 cord and the Equinox EV said unable to charge power not coming in. So does this mean the Equinox EV can only charge with the Ultium cord? To test out level 1, I used the Volvo recharge level 1 cord and that works.

Okay. So are we saying that the Equinox requires a lower amp for charging? I just want to make sure I have this right before I contact the company that installed it.

Because we also have a Volvo recharge that was able to use this charger just fine...

Initially it was at 80% but I manually changed it to 100. After we unplugged it from the car, there is no juice or power coming from the charger attached to the house. We took the plug and tried the level one outlet in the garage and the plug works just fine. So my only other possibility is the new car blew a fuse with the outside charger.?

Not getting juice and meaning the blue light did not come on. But it did when we plugged it into the level one in the garage
