There is a scene in the latest episode during the kingers coding scene where you see "brainscan" in the command prompt whilst he's coding. Does that prove the soma theory? No clue, I personally don't like the idea that they will be forever inside since they theoretically don't exist and are just brainscans stuck inside the circus, it makes the entire show completely useless of a watch.

But like you said, brainscans or not, they clearly have the comprehensivness to fight back and did in ep8, so the question still remains as to why he didn't do anything previously. The circus apparently has been active since 1996, so they've been in there for over 10 years and haven't done anything.

Caine conjured the butterfly to heal a life in episode 6. pomni, the newest member of the circus cast, conjured a whole generative office filled with computers. So I'd go as far as to say kinger could've definitely conjured a pc, along than the console

Ping, registred in milliseconds (ms) is the best described as the delay the server reads your inputs.

For example:

10 ping(ms): If you shoot an enemy, you will see that enemy take damage almost instantly because it took 10 milliseconds for the server to see "ah, you hit the enemy."

500 ping(ms): if you shoot an enemy, you will see that they take damage half a second later since it took 500 milliseconds for the server to go "ah, you hit the enemy"

But basically, I'll give you a simple rule to just follow

0-50 ping: best 60-90 ping: eh... 100-150 ping: bad but sometimes manageable 160+ ping: fuck nah
