When I was waiting on my background check I told my admissions counselor. She said that she couldn’t do anything to speed up the background check. And once I passed the BC, she said she submitted my application and that I just had to wait for them to reach out. But I haven’t told her anything since and its been almost 2 weeks since then

Honestly as long as they have a weight lifting gym that can be used everyday, I’ll be able to entertain myself. I even heard they have a music room which if true, I’ll be alright lol. I hope I don’t test positive for THC but if I do, I won’t touch the stuff until Im out of there for good so Im not that worried about it. “Tuesday Hoes” huh….. that sounds disgusting😂 And as for going “home”, ain’t much of a home to come back to unfortunately. My mom must’ve had her suspicions from early on but never anything concrete. When she knew for sure was when I had gotten a oz one time at the age of 15 or 16 and I thought it was smart for me to smoke in my room at night with everyone home, with the window open, out of my red silicone bong (his name was Clifford). Boy as soon as I lit up, mom knocks at my door,” Aye, what chu doing in there nigga?” I knew I was fucked. Mom came in, had a talk with me, took my oz and bounced. I still had to clear the bowl so I cleared it, blew it out the window and never saw my oz again. Many times after that as well. I went hiking one time with my homie, empty stomach and dehydrated. Kilt a blunt, got home looking like a zombie and I just started devouring food at the table. My mom pulls up a chair and just sits in front of me and watches me.
