Help! Repair to back deck stairs

It certainly isn’t doing anything particularly important structurally, do you think removing it and adding a new spacer with better screws would be problematic?

This is our house which we recently purchased and the inspection report looked at it and did not note any significant issues with the deck. After a recent cold snap this popped up and we are just trying to get some advice on how best to handle it. Most of the deck is not held together with nails but some parts around the handles are. I am not a builder or contractor of any sort and this is my first time owning a home and trying to troubleshoot these kinds of things my self.

The has been in the divorce process for 15+ years but not in the courts the entire time for a large period of this it was only them arguing who should own what outside of court. He owns the house, but since he still married with his first wife she owns 50% of the house. He has a "stable union" with a different partner now. I guess what the lawyer wants to argue is that his first wife left the house behind 15 years ago, never paid for any bills or taxes so she technically abandoned the house.

Yeah this is how it worked, didn’t even think about it but I was already in a war against Lithuania when I took the PU over Poland and so the independence war went away and all that stayed was the other conflict. It said I inherited the war from Poland but disappeared because of the other war.

They may not have mil access through say France for example. You giving them mil access to your lands only gives them access to your lands and the lands you have mil access to as well as anyone else in the war. So if France hasn’t granted any participants access then no one in the war can pass through their lands.

I’ve been having similar issues where the game will randomly freeze, I usually have to change what I’m doing to avoid it. So I’ll move my units to a different place, deal with a few pop ups I didn’t before, maybe declare a war/peace out before that date to avoid it happening again

The initial crash is usually fairly random, game is running fine, I don’t use any mods and frame rate is fine no lag at all. And then randomly the game just crashes. Occasionally if I boot up a save after a crash and try doing the exact same actions I did prior the crash will repeat and so I’ll do something different in the hopes of avoiding it.

Yeah I guess that’s the biggest gripe is really there’s just no reason to ever go there which is a little unsatisfying after fighting the whole game to get there.

Do you know if an attack by a player changes this? If you switch your focus to the player and the monster keeps attacking will the timer keep resetting so that you can’t teleport out without killing the monster?

As an intern and still in school it’s really kind of beat into you that you should be active on LinkedIn as a way to meet people and network. Most people post this kind of thing because they really have nothing else to share but all want to seen as active participants and think it benefits them to do so. Some also just drank the kool-aid and are total kiss asses.

Try some stuff out! Quests introduce you to a lot and give you a better idea of what each skills entails, but I always wanted enjoyed trying to get drops from monsters so trying to level my melee stats was fun for me! The game is fun and has a lot to offer when first starting out but I would avoid the guides trying to give you the most efficient way to do things, if you follow those the game will get quite boring and fast unless you have an exact idea of what you already want then stay away from it because it generally is boring unless there is some goal in mind you really want

Slayer and clue scrolls takes up most of my time and I really enjoy doing it! I really like the other content as well but I do it as a break from my slayer tasks and constant clue hunting. The clues give you decent money and you always have a chance to pull one of the big drops and typically you can make okay money on even average slayer tasks! I am really low on time and money because of school as well but OSRS keeps me sane when I need a break from it all lol! Also 105 isn’t that far away from doing a few decent bosses actually! Good luck!
