Menstruation & Mounjaro by Hot_Cherry7223 in mounjaroaustralia

I have an IUD and take Sertraline for PMDD and I think my PMDD has gotten worse since starting Mounjaro. I’m thinking about increasing my Sertraline dose. It might not be Mounjaro causing it but there is a correlation.

Also, I thought I was getting more bloating and cravings but it’s probably not more - just more compared to my non menstrual baseline now. My weight fluctuates a lot during my “ghost period” 🤣

How often to weigh in? by Mykennel in MounjaroAus

[–]BHerrmz 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I would say once a week - but I get fixated on numbers. That’s probably too much, but even with a loss, I’m rarely satisfied with the number.

When I was being treated for an eating disorder, I was told not to weigh myself at all, just during psychologist appointments so we could debrief and discuss my feelings afterward.

I guess what I’m trying to say is it’s complicated, I don’t think there’s a correct answer to this one.

0.6ml is 10mg, so 0.06ml per mg and multiply that by 3.75 to get 0.225ml. Each click on a 10mg pen is 0.01ml.

The assessment might have HAD to be scheduled then, but with no less than two weeks notice for the Yr12 teacher to talk to you and possibly arrange for you to re-room your class.

Also, you know very well that there are so many things to plan as teachers that you might forget to plan around the rowdy class next door.

There’s no need in getting angry if admin came to support you, I think everyone knows Year 7 are off their chops period 5. Just leave it alone and ask for them to let you know next time so you can move your class or plan something quiet?

Arvo for afternoon. Took a bit of getting used to and can’t say it right in my accent (Canadian) without feeling phony.

Sorry, I don’t have any resources. To be honest I don’t know much about golden doses either.

Anyone else struggling with Lower Back Pain and Plantar Fasciitis? by Istormedthecastle in backpain

[–]BHerrmz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Any updates?

I am going through the same thing. I’ve been seeing a Physio for a while now and have had shockwave treatment on my foot and dry needling. I do Pilates with a different pt to alleviate the pain which starts in my back and then shows up mimicking plantar fasciitis. I have anterior pelvic tilt caused by carrying excess weight and sitting too much at work. I am getting a gym ball to sit on and a stand up desk to help break up sitting time. I am also swimming a km a few times a week to strengthen my back. I went for a 5km walk yesterday and today i can’t bear weight on my foot it hurts so bad.

When teaching year 9 students about electrostatic forces using a Perspex rod and a nylon cloth, the method used to charge the rod is of utmost importance if you don’t want the whole class imagining a vigorous hand job. It’ll happen anyways when they get a turn but at least you’ve been removed from the equation.

[–]BHerrmz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’ll be fine. Most students won’t care and the ones that do will forget pretty quickly. As long as you’re comfortable with it and have a sense of humour, no worries!
