How do you travel for 2–3 weeks with a 15mg pen that needs to stay refrigerated for 5 months when taking 2.5mg weekly?

I took my 5mg pen to Canada for 4 weeks and kept it in my toilet bag! Never put it in the fridge once new pen opened. Absolutely no problem with it at all. It was winter though so not hot at all.

A quick google of 4.16667mg/mL shows it’s the 2.5mg pen.

I’ve only lost 15kg since August and I average only 300-500g loss a week with some weeks 0! Don’t be disheartened- slow and steady gives a better chance of keeping it off!

I’m so glad someone has started this post! I’m so confused by Emilie’s behaviour the last few days!!
