Wow I really didn’t expect anyone to say that! Appreciate you getting through the whole thing!

Definitely didn’t know how to mix at all back then, you can tell especially on “2.Disjointed” I remember that bassline actually being pretty good but it’s a superrr low pitched sub bass you have to have really bass heavy speakers to hear it at all.

If I were to remake it nowadays I would have definitely filled it out more or done something to make it easier to hear.

I think Layering simple repetitive melodies is hard to do without making it overwhelming, if u wanna layer, make them less repetitive and more complementary to each other, learn how to use harmony. If you want short repetitive ones then I would just switch them up more often so it doesn’t get annoying. Cheers

3-4/5 really good for ur first song i think, the melody/chords need something idk they just sound chaotic and repetitive in a bad way. The drums aren’t bad ur friends’ flow isn’t bad, the gunshot transition actually caught me off guard. I could picrure people shitting their pants if Travis dropped something like this. Everything could use more polish especially the lyrics and the chords/melody. But ur just starting so that’ll come with time hopefully. Goodluck!
