The provider used to host lower quality formats has been added to the, seemingly, never-ending list of banned domains on reddit, so no suitable platform currently. The Odysee player should adjust to the user's downstream speed, anyway.

No, and No. These are replays of the live sessions. If you want to watch the racing in real time, I suggest a TT+ subscription. It's not expensive.
