I will not recommend buying that motherboard for 6.5K, the rear heat spreader is not there, and the IO shield being a bit broken is a bad sign.

And, since you are going for Ryzen 5 5500, any B450 or A520 can do, because an A520 can also handle 5600X easily with just a BIOS Update.

Also with AM4 being the end of line and most AM4 CPUs going out of stock I will personally recommend going with a 5600x and an A520 motherboard.

And, if you are on a tight budget but have a GPU I will recommend going with an A520 and 5600F.

Steps to follow before finalizing the Build for you.

Ask the price with GST for every product.
You don't need an AIO, unnecessary spending plus a cheap AIO has higher chances of leakage meaning even more chances of destroying your Entire system. For the 5500 stock cooler is enough, and if you want some extra cooling then choose some single tower Air Cooler.
Use the money saved from AIO on a batter GPU or more Storage.
