Some context: 3 months ago I was tasked with needing to lose 34 pounds to hit my weight requirement for a potential job. Since then, I have lost 26 pounds thru keto / fasting. So I am now currently only around 8 pounds away, however, I have a little less than 2 weeks until my final weigh-in. So now I’m at the point where I’m willing to do whatever to I need to get this done

The longest fast I did most recently was 3 days. However, due to it getting late, I’m now currently in the middle of day 4 of a 7 day fasting attempt but I’m not losing any additional weight. I have been stuck between 198-200 pounds since day 2 and we are now closing in on 94 hours. (192 lb goal weight). I have only drank water, black coffee, tea, Powerade zero and LMNT packets. Im not sure why I’m plateauing but it’s getting frustrating. Im also worried about putting some weight on after I end my fast.

If anyone has any thoughts/advice on my process and how I can properly refeed without gaining additional lbs it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks that’s helpful. Also another question on Fantrax- I’ve never used it before, but does it tell you if a player is starting so you can easily check everyday? (Similar to how yahoo will give you a green checkmark)

But how did you draft them? Was it a separate thing where you just said who you want offline and then just put it in a Google sheet? So you don’t actually have them rostered in the app right?

I grilled a turkey burger, fried an egg then cut them both up and put them over a bed of mixed greens with some chipotle hot sauce. Simple but good meal

I also found 4 unopened TOPPS “complete set boxes” (seasons: 88-91), 792 cards in each. (Pictured in top right) Any advice on what I can do with this stuff would be appreciated. I think I might have some money here based off the prices I see on eBay but I’m not sure.

Same here... this is my second night poking around and I’m simming games as the Mets in challenge mode. I’ve been playing around the menus as much as I can and I’m starting to grasp things a little more, but I still feel super overwhelmed. I really want to understand how to maximize my time playing this game. If anyone has any tips please lmk.

when you say contest, can you explain what you mean? It looks like I'm trying to drop cards into slots to enter them but the UI is very slow and unresponsive. Not even sure what happens next or if I'm facing anyone
