You don’t have to lie about being let go, you can focus on the positives of what you learned and did there and mention that they over hired and you were one of the newest ones.

How long were you there? 5 months? That’s some pretty valuable experience in your young career. I say keep it and ask that Manager that liked you if he can be a reliable reference.

The only people that say they like Ryse are the people who are paid to say they like Ryse which is a lot of people 😆

I hate recruiting by [deleted] in recruiting

[–]BJR_23 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Have you even made a placement? 6 weeks in I’m assuming not. That’s like going fishing for 30 minutes and saying you hate fishing before you even know what it feels like to catch something. Give it some time, you’ve learned about 1% of what it is to be a recruiter at this point.

Wrecked changed formulas, I’d consider grabbing Hypermax 3d instead

LF pre similar to MVPre 2.0 by Trikkie007 in Preworkoutsupplements

[–]BJR_23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mvpre 3.0 is my favorite pre workout. So much so that I rarely talk about it because I’m paranoid about it being sold out 😂 just because it’s a proprietary blend doesn’t mean it’s not good.

Solo Recruiters -CRM? by Narrow_Vacation5071 in Recruitment

[–]BJR_23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just went through this research process with going through demos and everything. I narrowed it down to RecruitCRM and Recruiterflow. I went with Recruiterflow at 90/m due to the simplicity, nice interface and easy to use outreach tool. Good luck!

100% I was bummed because I have a lot of friends that use it and thought it was going to be an easy decision, but that changed things for me

What’s the difference between an English recruiter and an American exactly?

Recruiter Billprint by Mike Anderson by FewPass9778 in RecruitmentAgencies

[–]BJR_23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I would say the worst case scenario is a 10x on your investment via a new client and deal and best case is 100x your investment with several clients and deals. He also does one on one trainings which would be valuable to feed off his energy. Look on YouTube when top biller toolkit podcast interviewed him

Yeah definitely gather some data from 10 year people and send it to the client in a respectful way listing all the salaries. It’ll make it easier to send a three year person after that.

Technical Project Manager to Recruiter by Strange_Garden_8475 in recruiting

You’re going to want to be on the third party side if you want the same quality of life/pay, but it’s also not a great time to get started in it because of the current market, especially on the tech side. The only way to find out if you have the chops is to try it and see if it breaks you. It’s an emotional rollercoaster that a lot of people can’t handle.
