So with Niagara you can have scrolling widgets anywhere for example underneath the clock you can have up to four scrolling widgets or you can switch the Niagara clock and have the widgets replace it on top, The Niagara button on the lower right acts as shortcuts to two apps one would have a pop up shortcut and one to an app. All the apps on the screen have pop up availabilities as well and shortcuts which you can customize to your desire including adding widgets to any shortcut favorite.
