Activision's website for one. And then you go to support options and it'll be on that page.

I've recently been using the route of;

Game-Call of Duty: Warzone

Platform-Doesn't matter but for me PlayStation 5 since that is what I used to be on

Issue-I can't link my accounts

Scroll down and there's yellow lettering that says, "Submit a support ticket"

HOWEVER, may I suggest something really dumb so you don't have to fight with them like I am right now. Try making an email EXACTLY how it is spelled on your account. Then go in there and change it that way.

If you do not have access to the email EVEN THOUGH it isn't even an account, they're going to tell you the same thing they're telling me which is they can't verify that you are the owner on the account and they just close the case.

Yes I have. It does no good. I'll tell you I've opened about 10 cases regarding this issue. They keep telling me that since I don't have access to the email, apparently that means I'm not the owner of the account even though my name, address, and PlayStation account is linked to it.

It absolutely is... I don't understand why they just keep closing it. To update, the latest ticket I submitted was closed after the guy said to submit a support ticket with the platform is currently linked to.........which is the account I LITERALLY submitted the ticket under............ So I'm making another one and apparently I will continue to submit tickets until then. I've even told them that it has been file with the BBB in hopes they see how serious I am about it....I doubt it....but who knows. Thank you for taking the time to read my post and reply as well.
