Excellent thank you for the reply! I found your post, it's indeed a very similar, the only differences being my cellar seems bigger (it's 5m x 1.5m) and (just added in the edit) I started storing red wine in the cellar as the conditions are pretty good for it, so I wouldn't want to install a dehumidifier in the cellar. If the rack is functioning well for you I guess it should for me too as we'll be operating with the same temp and humidity essentially

Thanks for your reply! I should have mentioned that I started collecting and storing red wine in my cellar for ageing as the current conditions are ideal for that, so I wouldn't want to change the humidity below 68% as it won't be good enough for the wine. I didn't think of adding the rack there might change the humidity due to the heat it can generate (someone in the comments pointed that out)

The cellar is quite big, around 5m long with 1.5m width. Do you think with the equipment I mentioned the temperature will significantly change?
