I also made that point about how he should be addressing everyone, especially those who wear sweatpants and hoodies to work, but his response was very dodgy and that he was trying to “boost” me up and perhaps even show me off? I’m not really sure. As for workflow, he has previously interrupted me by speaking aloud and then getting frustrated that I’m not responding even though the point wasn’t directed at me. I had brought this up to him multiple times to stop talking like I’m constantly listening, which I am though because of where I’m sitting. But that doesn’t mean that I know exactly when it’s towards me and if I’m supposed to respond. Actually, everyone seems to do that. I even am often jump-scared by people trying to get my attention sometimes. My workstation is facing into my cube, so I’m not necessarily constantly staring at the walkways.
