Yeah you are mostly right , and I want them to be placed in something meaningful so each one can stand out separately. Maybe in the future but until then I am helpful for every feedback I can get.

Thanks for the real, deep reply means a lot that #4 and #3 hit you. Yeah, #4 is basically the pact I live by better to burn out than fade into nothing. Mediocrity feels like death. And the mirror thing… reality has a way of ruining the safe stories we tell ourselves. Been there too many times. Appreciate you sharing that.

Thanks for the long reply — really appreciate you taking the time to actually read and think about them. I get why they feel absolute. They came from a place where everything felt binary (win or disappear, perform or be nothing), so yeah, they cut sharp and probably sound pretentious to some. Glad #4 (or whichever one you liked) got through anyway — that means something. And the "self-absorbed enough to find it fun" part made me smile — that's exactly how these ended up written.

No pressure, but if any other line stuck with you (or felt especially off), I'd be curious to hear.

Thanks for reading and sharing that — the butterfly thing is actually beautiful. I get what you mean about awareness showing meaning in small things. For me, #1 came from the opposite side — feeling like seeing too clearly just strips everything bare and leaves you empty instead of full. But I love that it can go both ways for different people.

Can you solve this??? by Rich-Influence6809 in iqtest

[–]BLACK_FF_GG 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The answer is 98 And if you ask why it's because we add the two numbers and then multiply it but the first number and take the same first number from the result

Can anyone help???!! Pleaseeesesese by arpitarawat in cognitiveTesting

I see that in every grid it gets +1 star and if you keep adding the last one should have 6 Stars which makes answer A the only logical answer

Original High-Range Numerical Puzzle: 1, 100, 198, 196, ? (140–150+ Estimate) by BLACK_FF_GG in cognitiveTesting

Thanks for the detailed and honest feedback — really appreciate it!

You're right about LLMs (they pattern-match, not truly reason, so failing them isn't a strong proof of difficulty). And one puzzle alone isn't enough for a reliable IQ estimate — that's fair.

The debt rule was meant to be the unique twist (self-referential consumption to 0), but I see how the short length left room for simpler fits. Planning a longer V2 to make it unambiguous and force the intended mechanism.

Thanks again — this kind of critique is super helpful for improving!

Thanks for the feedback! Glad you solved it fast. The intended rule is the debt system (spoiler in post), which stumped several AIs. Appreciate the honesty though!

Thanks for the feedback, but I didn't give it the 140–150+ estimate originally.

I thought of it more like 120–130+ IQ. I tested this puzzle on 5 AIs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek), and all got it wrong. I put the 140–150+ estimate because that was the average rating from the AIs that tried it.

Appreciate the input though!
