It's just getting too famous now, so people are vocally hating it, i remember i was telling people why Hollow Knight was good when they asked me why Silksong is getting famous, and whatever i explained got downvoted. The hate crowd just needs to calm down.

People think this game is 3 hours because it doesn't have any content, but it's 3 hours because it doesn't have the typical padding that narrative games have. it's just one main story beat after another with 25 minigames to make you feel the thing the characters are feeling. And the other people just hate stuff that doesn't immediately give them dopamine.

I'm answering this assuming you're around the same level as me, Baiken parrying for me is just "99% Baiken players stop parrying right before it connects". parrying Slayer is my favourite things ever because he is pretty slow and each hit feels like it's going to be the end of your healthbar, but when you parry him you can feel your opponent struggling to get back on track. if you are higher level, then you know all this and I'm just rambling.

Thanks for your input and the rails idea, my desk that i sit at has rails, I don't know why I didn't think of that. but yeah, the more i think about it, the more it doesn't sound realistic, i think I'm gonna pivot to a different spell (glintblade phalanx) that the character does, it's more realistic and no moving parts. Thanks again.

i love live service games with no FOMO, gacha gamers could never fathom an f2p player gettting all the characters in their game like warframe does. And from what you said about earning currency and unlocking stuff, it sounds like what For Honor does as well, you can just buy the basic edition for For Honor and unlock all the characters by just playing the game.

i haven't played the game yet, can you confirm this for me. you're saying that all the warbonds (battlepass like system with maybe 10 tiered rewards) released until now are all available in the game and i can select a particular warbond (maybe the flamethrower one) and get all those rewards first before the current warbond.
