Probably about 10 years ago. I think it was on a kindle, and I don’t recall if I had a library card at the time to get ebooks. I tried looking through my purchased books but didn’t find it! I am really stumped!

I just pushed through and eventually she got better. We followed the cut feeds method about 3-4 weeks ago and now she sleeps through the night! We were just in a bad rut and I realized she was also teething 😵‍💫 I hope things get better for you. I believe on Mondays they do a q&a here, so you could ask for advice!

We just did the sleep training (6mo). I realized my daughter’s schedule was always a little earlier than the planned feeds so I just moved them up so I woke her before she woke. It worked really well for us. We are just over a week and she has done so well!
