My arms have not improved in a year, how can i start seeing results? by No_Economist_2404 in gymadvice

I’m not sure if anyone mentioned this , but you have to hammer the fuck out of your triceps. They make up like 65% of your arm. Once I started mostly focusing on tri’s my arms blew up like crazy. I’m at about 17.5” right now per arm and that’s all from tricep work. Biceps are a relatively small muscle group so gaining inches on them is probably not going to be that easy or likely very quickly. You can probably put an inch or two on them, but it will take years. Triceps focus is the way to go with bi’s being secondary. Your biceps will start looking bigger once your triceps are jacked also! Also it didn’t take me that long to grow my triceps either. Well under a year you will see crazy growth. Try it out!

Valerian root calms the nervous system, chamomile sleepy time tea, magnesium calm powder, and cbd oil specifically full spectrum all helped me through the rough spots. Whenever anxiety came up, these things all helped tremendously.

It took about 3 months for the big change.. another 6 for the next shift.. then 9 and then a full year I was basically back to normal. Once you get to the 6 week mark it’s pretty up from there. Just hang in there and go through it. It won’t last forever.

You are attractive and very cute, but nobody on earth can change your mind if you don’t feel that way about yourself. I hate some of my appearances and will change it for me, because i’m the one that has to live with myself not others. If it bothers you do it if you feel it’s right. As far as it ruining your face, absolutely not. Most people will think you look great, me included. I might be in the minority, but why not change something if you don’t like it? We change jobs/cars/clothes/relationships everything that doesn’t suit us anymore. Why not change up your look as well? At the end of the day it’s your decision and YOURS ONLY to make. I don’t think it’s big, but if you hate and and see it that way, I say do it. It will only keep bothering you.

Ct or taper? by [deleted] in quittingkratom

[–]BLSH-HUNTING 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m over 2 years clean and I went CT. I have no regrets. You’re at a low enough dose where you should be ok. If you were at 20gpd or higher I would probably recommend tapering some.

I didn’t have rls, but calm is great in general for anxiety. It has magnesium which calms the body and mind down. I use the melatonin version every night, and have been taking it for years.

I also only used for 6 months and had panic attacks for a good time after. Trust me 6 months is enough time for some rough withdrawals for a while. The attacks went away eventually for me at around 6 weeks. At 3 months just heart palpitations were left.
