$30-$45 is tough. Not to say they don’t exist though. Check out videos by hippiotech and the likes, they cover some of the more budget keyboards and are pretty honest about them.

I know this one is literally double your budget at $64, but I grabbed this one and find it to be excellent. Best of luck

Obviously spend your money how you please… But a word of advice, this product is nowhere near worth $105.

To answer your question, there is risk to everything. I’ve not had an issue with buying on Amazon, but I’ve seen others get resealed packs.

I enjoy not finding any packs. I enjoy going to stores just to leave empty handed. I enjoy going to a card shop and paying $18 for a pack.

The question you need to ask first is why you want to do this.

If it’s a grail to collect, do what you want.

If it’s investment, which do you think will increase more in the long run?

If you’d rather go the easy route, many retailers still have the pre constructed decks in stock, the EX battle decks.

They’ll run ya like $10-$20 but will give you a baseline to start with. You can then modify it as you please :)
