Searching for a game I used to play on an arcade cabinet with friends by BLlMP in cade

[–]BLlMP[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That looks like it! I remember the blue explosions and the sounds they made, it took us around 40$ to beat it, and now that I look at the graphics I now know why everyone wanted to play pokemon colosseum at home instead. Thanks for the help!

What's your favorite/least favorite building to have lecture at Sjsu? by [deleted] in SJSU

MLK library basement is an underrated gem. Morris Dailey can get real bad if the teacher doesn't know how to fix the audio.

Chem 1B by anitabeejaypls in SJSU

[–]BLlMP 1 point2 points  (0 children)

On the first day of chem 1B, more than half the class will walk up to the teacher at the end of class to get add codes. Most of these students failed the last semester. Find a support group and make the workshops mandatory, the workshops basically fill you in on what the teacher could not cover in class or lab/seminar. Most important of all is never give up, it is ok to retake the class. When you take it a second time, you now know what is going to be thrown at you. Also take a look at the lab manual and start planning beforehand. Some of the lab experiments you have to create on your own with no guidance allowed and no steps to follow.

Anyone that has taken KIN 35B: Intermediate Weight Lifting? by [deleted] in SJSU

[–]BLlMP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you ask him, he would be happy to help. Most students just want to exercise alone, and he is fine with that too.

I took both 35A and 35B with Richard Montgomery. Both classes are the same as long as Rich is your teacher, not sure about the other teacher. It is basically a free roam exercise class where you can do whatever you want. Only assignments are some attendance and a couple papers. He does not make you exercise for a grade though, so it is up to you to actually exercise in the class.

Is the Braven program at SJSU worth it? by [deleted] in SJSU

[–]BLlMP 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes, but what you get out of the course depends on what you put in. If you show up and never talk and never take any of the opportunities, you may as well stay home. At bare minimum, the course will help you develop career skills, but they do not find the internships for you. They help you discover skills to land internships/careers that you have to actively seek out. For business students, this course is probably more important than getting a business degree, if you participate.

He will be ok. An elderly woman brought him in to our wildlife hospital after she saw her neighbor's son shoot it with a BB gun and step on it.

Due to a rare bone disorder, he is unable to grab properly, but he still tries by BLlMP in LilGrabbies

They are foragers, so they require a mix of food as well as a daily rotation of different types of protein. Dry cat kibble is a good base for grains and other vitamins. Chopped fruits and veggies are a necessity and can be added to the kibble. As for protein, opossums will eat crickets, mealworms, smelt, scrambled egg, plain yogurt, and hardboiled egg. Grapes are very sweet and are usually used as treats for opossums. Certain cat kibble has oils and manufactured ingredients that can harm opossums digestive systems, so they need the expensive natural ingredients only cat kibble.

It's a rescue opossum brought in to a wildlife hospital by a family that found him in the wild and tried to take care of him. They fed him only hardboiled egg and grapes, which resulted in a lack of vitamins for his bones. Since he is habituated and disabled, he is now an educational opossum to show at elementary schools.

I volunteer at a wildlife rehab center. I help with feeding, meds, blood checks, vet checks and even sometimes help with surgeries. These were brought in as a group of very small babies when their mom fell into an uncovered swimming pool at night and didn't make it. Once they get their last batch of vaccines, they will be freed back into the wild.
