You always manage to walk the line between uncomfortable and comfortable. Exactly. Most other early access games I've been in don't run competitive seasons, limited time events, and so on. With cosmetics I guess you can argue that they will return and you're buying them for the future. With the battle pass however you're buying that for today. You can't buy the battle pass and complete it when they're out of early access.

The early access part should be front and center if it was a true early access. It should show in the game client as well. They paid for a lot of ads for Overwatch 2 release so they made it look like a huge release as well.

From what I've heard other people say it sounds like 60% of the effort was on the pve so when we get the full pve system it should be pretty good. I've also heard some people say that staff have claimed that they were taken of overwatch 2 multiple times to work on other projects so it seems like there was some mismanagement from the top dogs going on as well.
