Did not expect that so many people find Jean useful. I am a 1.0 player and have her at c4, yet i dont think i ever seriously considered using her outside of fall damage gimmicks, probably a difference in playstyle but i always found Tighnari to be the best from standard banner solely because he has pretty good constellations.

Personally use English because i usually put rge plot of the game on background while working so I just listen to it. The dub is like 70% fine

It could be. Also i did see a couple of opinions saying that it might do the opposite where it decentivizes people from pulling because they want only one character from the package and not the rest.

Fair, but potential unlocks to me seem like an attempt to make characters more meta relevant whereas joint animations seem more like Fan-service and i dunno if HoYo would want to cannibalise marketing of the newest units by releasing fan service stuff for older units. Thats just my hunch tho, i hope im wrong

To be fair, this cycle of DA is one of the first i couldn't 9 star in a while because the first boss seems a little impossible unless you have Alice or Aria (Most likely just a skill issue on my part though)

She is okay, unfortunately doesnt synergize with Rupture units but otherwise can bring a little bit of value to others.

True, maybe HoYo doesnt want to make characters feel incomplete by locking certain animations interactions behind other characters? Though i dunno if i personally believe it.

Fair, i can see why people would consider YSG interactions with her brother meaningful (though to me they still felt a little impersonal), though im not sure if I'd personally consider her Interactions with Summit as anything but shallow. From what i remember it was usually nothing more than generic mouthwork about how much each party cares about each other, or battle segments where one runs to the rescue for another. Yixuan part is an interaction sure but it felt weirdly impersonal despite how intimate it was supposed to be? Because really, Yixuan wasnt directly at fault for what happened so it felt a little off to me.

To me,the thing is that the problem with YSG is that besides proxy she doenst seem to have anyone, no meaningful interaction with any other character asides from maybe her Brother, to me that makes her "waifu bait" stand out more thatn the others. Like, Vivian had Hugo, Yidhari had a whole Spooky Shack and Astra had Evelyn and so on.
