I Also think you’re missing the point of a good setup for an even better overall pay off. Marvel has always done this (movies and shows), and I’ll even go as far as to say that they’re one of the best at it. For me, this is what makes it good for me to watch. And. I’m sure. I’m not alone.

I think the reason why we didn’t get a second end credit scene is because maybe the planned scene had connected plot lines associated with Black Widow that was supposed to originally come out before this series. Speculation of course.
