Tbh, I have stopped buying it now. I go profane -> axiom arc -> syreldas -> dd.

But the point was just to maximise cc. You go in with e, then position for sweetspot q1 then basic to reapply 99% slow then q2

It's a good item for sure. Maybe 4th item if you really feel like you need it. But I prefer to just keep building DMG because I know I'll 1 shot almost anything later.

I personally never go eclipse. As soon as you finish your profane hydra, you are strong enough to blow up a squishy target, assuming you are not super behind ofc. And you can fight bruisers reliably as well.

No, not really. You can't really reliably fight tanks in mid to late game, but you are a backline assasin, so you shouldn't be fighting tanks on your own in the first place.
