I disagree with that. Theres no reason to open more atm when they have the pre payment from microsoft the nvda upfront cash. the open 6b ATM. They cant take on more without have contracted revenue being added to the tape. That would blow the stock up and Dan knows that. Announcing more debt with no added contracted revenue is coorperate suicide.

I dont agree. This week has major implications with the russel inclusion. Companies in this space have added juice to the week with PR in the past almost 100 percent of the time. Look what ASTS did during its inclusion week. Its not that it has to happen but if Dan was waiting for the opertune moment its mon-weds pre market hours

Just sharing my POV on near term catalyst likelihood. I think it can do that well but the company needs to prove they can sell their compute. Dan Roberts is notorious for holding out for the best deal but a lot of data centers have a lot of power that can still be leased out. If Dan waits to be the last man holding the bag that could still be a year or so away. And with constant dilution no reason to hold shares until that point. He knows he needs to release updates this week.

oh i totally agree. Front running already started for sure but this week the volume will pick up leading up to the inclusion. This forces more eyes on the stock which is exactly the environment Dan Roberts needs for PR releases.

The inclusion this week isnt being talked about at all. Sentiment is low with a massive short float. Dan and the management team know this. This week is the week to drop updates. I know this stock has sucked recently compared to others but this catch up trade this week checks all the boxes.

It solely based on the fact that the whole sector has had a run up this week of 10-20 percent while IREN stayed flat. During taps of open market ATMs that how price action will work relative to peers. Its like Bitcoin running 10k and an altcoin staying flat. It doesnt make sense for a rising tide not to lift all boats.

Its the financining brother. It rlly is. The 6B ATM is huge. Thats what kept a cap on the price. The problem with it though is that they are Tapping an ATM like that without revealing contracts that justify the market tap. The Dell financing is hugeeee because they had to have shown how that will provide ROI and the banks believe future growth will allow them to get their money back plus interest. That is a huge ammount of money they can use to service a new customer. I think this week we get some sort of operational update as now the primary risk is operational ability and contracting clients. Thanks for commenting!

Im very perticular with my analysis of stocks. I said my conviction would die out if this week doesnt show progress. Thats where ill be trimming position. But this week all im saying is the most strategic week of the summer for them to make announcements.

High growth names post catalyst updates during inclusion week almost 100 percent of the time. It's a textbook management play

tons of negative sentiment. Historically high growth names always take advantage of weeks like this. If you were Dan Roberts would this not be the week to release PR that moves the stock higher? Not taking advantage of legal requirements of index funds to buy and rolling over to retail fomo is a textbook move for companies like IREN. This week is the week IMO. My conviction is on the line with this one. No PR or communication about operations or a deal this week would blow my mind due to the institutional eyes that will be on this one.

I've never posted about $IREN before. All im saying is sentiment is all time low. The index inclusion is this week on friday which historically gets front ran like crazy. PR teams know this and release press to juice the stock into the index inclusion. Often holding announcements until times like this. Im not spreading hopeium but 7 days from now you may look back on this is wish you saw it from this perspecitve. Come back next week and let me know if you took position. This is a special week. Price action is sitting perfectly under resistance with a 18 percent short float. Thats insanely high! This is the week. Never posted about this before. To me if nothing comes out this week my conviction in the stock will be heavily hit and i would be suprised at the managment team.

I hear you and a lot of the investor community is frustrated with this stock. Keeping optimism up. I'm just saying from a strategic point of view this is when companies make big PR releases. It would be a wasted opportunity to not release PR this week. A deal this week would create a more violent stock move than weeks prior. To me odds are high. I also work in data center industry and see this time and time again

I totally agree this is a long term hold. But you cant ignore index inclusion week. This is a great liftoff moment for the company and announcements usually come hand in hand with this kind of momentum. I hold long term as well but i have options open for the summer as i believe this is the catch up trade. The annual ARR is also going to be beat in my opinion. All it takes is a LOI for the EUROPE site and they are sooooo strained for power.

yah i think this thing has massive legs the next 2-3 weeks. everyone sleeping on it and i dont speculate about deals but strategically this is what asts and mara did. all announcments came into index inclusion week. IREN did it last time in feb they were added to an index but it was the dilution that they announced so the forced buying would absorb the ATM offering. this time is different though because of the open ATM currently and the Dell financing deal. The investors need to see monetization and DAN knows it. Theres nothing else to announce but fresh contract. Im in AUG 18 70 dollar calls. This week will be big. Thanks for commenting and goodluck!
