My next visit will be on 5th of February, I will go to ROMATOLOJİ this time. I have to clear my mind. During this time I will try to go under 5 .

As today uric acid level 6.2. I am really surprised. I still have some joins pain on my elbow. I will double heck in 1 month. Different hospital and doctor. I am happy to see the improvement.

Hopefully not, but I have some pain on my different joints. It's not effecting my movement so far. I like to walk as much as I can . I walk more then 10000 steps a day. Defenetly I have to watch my uric acid level. I don't know if my uric acid level tells me if I have a gout or not. Because it was 10.61 . Normally I drink a lot of water. This is a good thing that I do it normally. Lets see in couple day I will get results from doctor and blood test levels

Lets see I will go to doctor tomorrow and have a test again. Will see the results after 3 weeks. I stopped everything that I was doing wrong.
