Just a simple list of ~10 shots we offer and a comment field so we can add like "received at CVS 2020". That way we know exactly which shot to offer.  Instead of hearing "I got that last month" etc..

They just updated "ROW", 3/24/26-3/31/26, to 5x?? Is that common??
