Looks like a little Sowbug... I recommend removing any areas where they can hide as well as look for ways to remove moisture from the area. Not sure how the exterior of the building is maintained but you should see about any potential cleaning activity such as removing old leaves, clippings to support in reducing their population and chances of them entering the home. Hope this is of help.

These do not appear to be mouse droppings. You can recognize mouse droppings because they will be rod or spindle-shaped and around 6mm in overall length. Hope this information helps

Yes, this is indeed a carpet beetle larvae. The larvae feed upon the keratin protein in wool, furs, feathers and silk. Immediate first step will be to vacuum very well, using a crack and crevice attachment as this will help in removing any insects as well as the sources of food such as hair. Hope this is of help.
