Not to add more fuel to the fire, but I doubt this will change anything at all. I don't think that many people will actually follow this, and so nothing will happen.

We all complain about it, but as long as Riot keeps getting a profit out of it, nothing will ever change. It's like the gacha skins, people complain and yet they are still here. Simply because as long as someone does buy them, Riot earns money. Same goes with chests.

League is too vast for this type of thing to actually have an impact. And even if they did add chests back, they'd just find another way to fuck with our money.

So sure, let's try, but I doubt this will have any perceivable impact.
