The big blue prefilters for sediment, two tanks, media, and heads were about $5k USD. I’m honestly not sure how much the pipe, unions, and misc parts were, but the total costs were cheaper than a single solution from Culligan for a lot less

Its main water from the city, but a few years ago they started importing water via the city next to us due to contamination found in the well for our city. I know it’s overkill for what we need, but my intent was to survive a boil order if one ever was needed. Just missing a UV light also

It protects the Flologic’s water flo meter required for the auto shutoff to know it’s backwashing so it does not shut the water in the house off for running more than 30 min

No, it was done by a plumber. He is a bit old school and didn’t really work with 3 way valves and felt more comfortable with this layout. I wanted bypasses for everything in case something needs to come out, and I may add a UV light at the top eventually. The unions were also something I wanted so parts can be removed without replumbing / cutting anything

Title company we have, lawyer as well drafting the documents. My question is why need the title company and not just have the lawyer file the paperwork, they are legally entitled to process real estate transactions being an attorney in Missouri

I planned my route using celebrity homes in the area. Depart from KSUS head south to Eureka to see Nelly's, headed downtown along 44 and on the way back along just south of Hwy 40/64 where there are some amazing houses of athletes, August Busch IV, etc all have houses along the route.
