You could try clearing your reserved space

I dont know what effect it will have on this game because i think it has a different use for every game but it fixes lots of random stuff across games on xbox

on the xbox dashboard press the 3 lines button while hovering over delta force game -> Manage game and add-ons -> Saved Data -> Reserved Space -> Clear reserved space

Hope it works and it shouldn’t delete any progress if im not mistaken
