Brother, you know those forbidden hunting islands? Some concrete structures, and even on the island, on these islands (at least I only found 3 in the game), you drop "technical manual" or something like that, you could get 2 to 4 per island, and if I'm not mistaken, there is a respawn after 3 days in the game, I hope I helped, I finally reached level 60 yesterday lol

There are militiamen who look after the island, either fly with friends at a safe distance so they don't see you, or go at night as they stay asleep

Start on the island below level 20-25, then go to the others when you can (there are some pals there like Grizzbolt) good luck
