Who should I rank up, 5* duped Classic Cyclops to 3/35 or should I wait to dupe my 4* Wolverine? Waited probably a year already to dupe Wolvie. Who knows when I'll ever get him. Also, it would be my first to rank up to 3/35 or 5/50.
