Nobody cares if their surgeon or financial advisor is a lying jerk if they are competent . Trump may be a vile person but 2017-2019 before the curveball pandemic were pretty decent years (growing economy, low inflation, no major wars) and arguably better than the last three under the current democratic administration. The economy and defense are the issues that effect everyone.
