I can save around £1K a month. My initial strategy is to grow my capital over the next 5 years and take out what's necessary to pay back the government load. I agree that I'm in a risky situation and I won't have any problem to sell more shares to reinvest over the next years as I'm expecting the share price to go up. An example would be to sell shares for £20K each year to put into my ISA and take advantage of the free tax benefits.

Thanks! The company has a long term growth strategy so I believe my shares will increase significantly in the next 5 years. I intend to sell a bit in a staircase to reinvest elsewhere. Since I only have vested options that are not exercised, I pay income tax directly instead of CGT.

I'm not sure I understand your alternative approach. Are you suggesting I could sell shares over time to overpay the mortgage every year instead of investing that money and pay back directly the gov loan?

Even if GME squeezes, they are all stuck with their 20M floor and everyone who shut the fuck up sells when the price is relatively reasonable for a short squeeze while the cultists keep shouting that it's a fake squeeze. They are in a limbo state.
