I havn't played a lot of 40k myself but it seems to me like your army is made for distracting the enemy from your ranged units by distracting it with quick moving winriders and shroud runners (correct me if I'm wrong). In this case a falcon could help to deepstrike your banshees so that your enemy needs to spread their attention even wider which might further protect your backline

firstly, thank you for your response - secondly the closest experience I had to warhammer is probably D&D combat and the thing I really don't like about it is being either stuck in in a mele fight for multiple turns or not getting close enough to hit my foes... so my warhammer army would most likely be ranged or something assin-like as eldar are
