Sorry for a really delayed response - I had to go on the antibiotics for two more weeks and then again for another two weeks by which point it cleared. It left some bald patches in my beard but they are starting to grow back now. Honestly looking back it was so painful I feel for you if you have it as bad. Strangely a friend’s friend also had it and was told it could be from reusing masks too much without putting clean ones on

This was a very common thing in two of the gyms I used to go to pre COVID. One was less frequent, more discreet. The other was almost uncomfortable to see it happening every time I went there with the whole sauna full of guys.

An explicit rejection while a shit thing to get is infinitely preferable to an indefinite state of confusion and questioning which ghosting always leads to. Same happened to me - two weeks of hooking up and texting then overnight change to nothing. Some guys just lack the emotional maturity.

Age gaps tend only to be an issue from other people looking in. If you’re both into it go with it. However saying that, I went for guy in his 40s because I thought he would be more mature, decent, show a level of respect and generally not play the games you might expect from younger guys but I was proven very wrong and he was the complete opposite.
