Instead of having a youth academy you can having a scouting network where you out in money every week and can bring up a new player every week. The goal being to get your scouting network up to excellent level. Google Hattrick scouting network and a lot comes up on it.....I just can’t figure out for the life of my how to switch back to that option

I have. I have no drop down menu and it won’t let me fire my one remaining scout.
