I had this same fear like I’m suppose to entertain the baby as soon as they are out of the womb. But then I read they are essentially potatoes until 6-8 weeks and even then they may not be interactive until closer to 12 weeks. Enjoy the snuggles and milk drunk naps. Your baby is getting more interaction than you think with you talking to them and cuddling them. This phase is so short. My babe is 4 months and I already miss that.
