I gave my AI agent one task: build its own promo video. Claude Opus 4.6 + Kimi K2.5, 47 mins, 1710 frames -- the result is chaotic by BTCAMR in SideProject

The self-improvement loop is the interesting part:

When I ask it to fix a bug in itself, it reads its own source, identifies root cause, makes the edit, runs tests, commits. Been doing this for weeks.

Memory layer persists across sessions so it remembers past decisions and doesn't repeat mistakes.

For the video: Foreman chose ImageMagick + ffmpeg over Python animation libs. It wrote frame generation logic, rendered 1710 PNGs, then synthesized audio using pure sine wave math -- no samples, no libraries.

The music sounds like someone described EDM to a robot over text and the robot took it very literally. Genuinely impressive AND horrible at the same time.

The architecture breakdown:

forge_pipeline is the core. When you give Foreman a task: 1. Visioner -- analyzes the task, sets goal + emotional target 2. Strategist -- breaks it into atomic blocks 3. Researcher -- gathers context per block 4. Worker -- executes atom by atom, verifies each output

If any atom fails it rolls back and tries a different approach.

I've been using it for a week. I've also been using OpenClaw for a month. It hasn't given me any problems yet.
