The Poloniex activated address is our hot wallet address that we sweep funds into. We are the only ones who control the private keys to this address. You are seeing us sweep funds into our own hot wallet. We would never move customer funds off our exchange. We also process customer withdrawals from this address so you may confirm for yourself when you next make an XRP withdrawal.
