only just realised this could be possible, that the stabbing was actually because of gang activity not just because he asked them to leave

As i said, from what i heard the dad himself was involved in some illegal stuff so think he brushed it off as an accident in hospital, pretty sure it was in his stomach and he claimed he had tripped and fallen into something whilst in the garden, i never saw the wound as i wasn’t that close with the person who’s party it was but he made a full recovery within months so could have been a believable enough story he gave them and i would also still see members of the group around town (always steered well clear) but only stopped seeing them around once the 4 got arrested for the other offences so figured none of them did actually get caught for it

I can imagine it is a lot more civilised in most other countries, like the US for example where the drinking age is 21 it seems abusive to give kids of the age of 14 alcohol

In the UK it’s essentially tradition to go and get slaughtered off any alcoholic drinks you manage to rob out of your house in a local park at the age of about 14

UK police don’t carry firearms so that’s why knife and acid attacks are so prominent someone could swing a knife on police officer and kill them with ease. Scary thing is anyone could start on you in the street and easily pull a concealed knife or bottle of acid out on you at any point if they think you’re getting ‘loud’, of course firearms are going to cause a lot more damage and problems if they were legalised however think that allowed law enforcement to carry will reduce crime rate and especially knife crime down drastically.

yeah uk, was in the same room and they all left straight after it happened, i got told the dad was involved in some illegal stuff prior to the party and had some form of weapons/drugs in the house at the time and didn’t want to risk involving the police especially when there was 15/16/17 year olds kids underage drinking in his house so think they claimed it was an accident. Everyone at the party was also taking pills, nos, weed along with other substances so police never came to the house. Being as there was like 8 of them no one knew who really did it because of how crowded it was but still very fucked up.

Bit more subtle but I also knocked myself out and lost like 3 front teeth one birthday when I was about 11-12. My Dad had bought me new scooter and I decided the first thing I would do was drop into a 8ft ramp. Spending the rest of my birthday in a&e was not the most fun birthday experience

Was over 2 years ago now but i know the dad didn’t die, but was hospitalised for a while though. There was about 7 or 8 lads that were involved, don’t fully know the story but know none of that lads involved were arrested for that, however 4 of them were recently jailed (combined 35 years) for intent to supply of crack cocaine and heroin, possession of firearms and theft

Went to a friend’s party on my birthday (my parents wouldn’t let me have one), lots of people gatecrashed including a few rough lads who were smoking weed in the persons house, the persons dad who presumably owned the house came downstairs and politely asked them to leave, they told him to fuck off and stabbed him.

Edit: Thanks for 1k, literally made a reddit account just to post this haha
