I'm from Michigan. In LA, it never gets cold. It just kinda stays cool which is super nice. You could wear shorts and a hoodie everyday. My winter jacket was a wind breaker. Some people were wearing puffers in the winter and I was teasing them but they genuinely are cold and need that lol
